Data collected

Only what you type into a contact form: name, email address, phone, project type, budget and message. The quick form asks only for an email or a phone number.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you wish, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is never used for marketing and never sold.

How long

Three years after our last exchange if no project follows. If a project is signed, the data needed for invoicing is kept for ten years, as French law requires.

Who has access

• Steven Rodrigues, the only recipient of requests.
• Vercel Inc. (site hosting and audience measurement) and Formspree Inc. (form reception and forwarding), as processors. Both are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies or any identifier stored on your device: only aggregate statistics are kept (page views, country, device type), and they cannot identify you. No consent banner is therefore needed. The typeface is hosted on the site: your browser calls no third-party service to display it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or object to it, by writing to kodabucassteven@gmail.com. Reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
